Service Description
Friday 20th September 9am-11am Join acclaimed author and illustrator Terry Whidborne for an incredible look into the creation and sketching techniques of mystical creatures. You'll learn how to draw your favourite fantasy character. The workshop will also feature illustrations and characters from his beautiful Faeries of Tasmania book. Each student attending will receive a copy of Terry's brilliant book, Faeries of Tasmania (valued at $65). About Terry Whidborne: Terry Whidborne has worked in the advertising industry for many years, and is now recognised as one of Brisbane’s most senior award-winning Art Directors. But as Terry’s family grew, so did his interest in illustration. He began developing his style for clients such as Vogue, Virgin Blue and many of London’s top ad agencies, before deciding that what he really wanted to do was concentrate on books, film and animation. He lives in Brisbane with his wife and two kids.
